Experience

Lisa Glaser, owner of CCS has over 22 years of experience in budget development, projections, staffing assessments and strategic operations along with expert level knowledge of the State of Iowa’s HR (Workday) and I/3 financial systems.

CCS brings this experience and over 12 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint and related solutions for business and the State of Iowa.

Ms. Glaser has also been a successful small business owner, creating and selling multi-media art and retail goods since 2007. Her business is part of Iowa’s Targeted Small Business program.

In addition, Ms. Glaser has over 10 years experience in corporate retail management, security and safety along with two years of corporate financial banking solutions.

Training

Ms. Glaser provided training on Outlook, Word and Excel to financial staff and trained over 100 DHS staff on Microsoft SharePoint over multiple years and multiple versions of the program.

The training provided to users was and always will focus on helping the business user understand the tools available and to help IT staff understand the business perspectives and needs of the users. Ms. Glaser has also trained, partnered with and supported staff who provide quality assurance on the business use and process improvement application of system data.

Ms. Glaser also developed retail policy, performance and security training across multiple states winning awards for innovation and excellence.

• Led development of standardized budget templates and processes for multi-billion dollar budgets
• Developed complex projection methodology to: a.) support hiring allocations, b.) support allocation of workloads and c.) physical assets
• Developed computer inventory methodologies and related replacement cycles and established ongoing budgets for said
• Analyzed, developed and implemented a cross-agency intranet system
• Streamlined and automated assignment and legislation tracking methodologies, eliminating redundant tracking and management
• Created “Data at your fingertips” and custom mainframe reporting to allow all levels of personnel to visualize information and inform decision making
• Supported and supporting the start-up and growth of several artists as small business owners.
