How much is shipping?
We pay all shipping costs (within the continental U.S.)If you need to return an item for re-design or
repair, you would be responsible for the return shipping

When will my order arrive?
It normally takes 5 to 7 days for your order to arrive. We do ship first class mail. If you need an
order quicker, please let us know by using the Contact Us link on the main page

If this is gift, will you box it and send it out?
Yes. If your order is over $50.00, we will provide a box and shipping to the person you request.

What if my necklace is damaged?
Sometimes things happen and we understand. If you break a necklace or a stone, please contact us
and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to fix or re-design your unique piece.
